HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH MY HOME IS WORTH?

The best way is to work with a local REALTOR® that knows the area, such as myself. I can provide you with a free valuation and help you understand the factors that contribute to your home's worth. Additionally, a REALTOR® can provide you with information about recent sales in your neighborhood, which can give you a better idea of the current market conditions and help you price your home appropriately. Remember to be cautious of any service that requires payment for this information, as there are plenty of free resources available to you.

I WANT TO BUY A HOME BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. WHAT'S MY FIRST STEP?

I know that it can be exciting to start the home buying process and want to jump straight into looking at homes but it is very important that you speak to a lender first and get a preapproval. Many sellers prefer that all buyers be preapproved before viewing their home. It also helps your REALTOR® to narrow down a home that is within your budget and that will best fit your needs. If you need help finding a lender, your REALTOR® can usually give you great referrals.

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

When I list your home, I have the ability to list to a large Multiple Listing Service that is accessible by hundreds of REALTORS® and agents. Each of these agents is able to see your listing and work with me to find the right buyer for your home. While I have the ability to market your home to potential buyers, you will have hundreds of agents viewing your homes credentials and sharing it with their clients.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

There is no set percentage for listing your home. At the time of our listing appointment I will discuss my suggested percentage. This percentage can sometimes be negotiated based on circumstances and can vary by home and client.
